Before the Project: Arranging & Planning
For us to give you a quote, we need to perform an initial site survey at your property, important for setting the project’s foundations.
When the quote is agreed to, arrangements will be made for a full survey, where extensive measuring will take place, we’ll detect any challenges that need conquering, and check that things are good to go.
In our findings, it could come to light that planning and building regulations approvals will have to be attained – don’t stress over this as Visual can help get it organised.
During the Project: How we Like to Operate
Look out for the Visual van arriving at the agreed time, followed by a knock on the door from our very friendly installers. After giving their names, they’ll take you through the work schedule before starting.
Your safety is never taken for granted! All safety precautions are obeyed from beginning to end. For their protection, we ask that young children and pets are not allowed to enter the work area.
Surfaces will be kept free of dust thanks to covered sheets and you won’t have to clean up after us as we’ll do it ourselves.
After the Project: Final Reveal & Customer Support
Upon the completion of your project, we’ll invite you to check it out and make you familiar with the different features of the product.
Once you have given it your approval, our 20-year guarantee will be passed on, along with all the maintenance advice we can share, detailed in the following guide.
Visual remains available for assistance post-installation as you are eligible for extensive aftercare. We hope that nothing ever goes wrong, but just contact our aftercare specialists if it does for a quick resolution.
