We had our orangery put in by visual 10 years ago now and the other day I was cutting the grass and a stone flew out and broke one of the large windows? So I rang visual it was quite late in the day but they came out to us straight away measured up and ordered the glass the same day! within days they fitted the window and best of all did it for free!!! I fully recommend this company for conservatory installation and we are going to have windows fitted soon 100% using visual. Absolutely amazing company.

The Sales designer is excellent and concise with time spent at the quotation stage. there is no sales waffle. The workmanship is excellent quality and the work crews are helpful and understanding. However, even though there are no payment terms mentioned in the contract they constantly hassle you for payments minutes after the work is complete. Very un-professional. We were persistently hounded for the money even though there were errors in the invoice and payment statements.

Large double glazed patio window and door fitted some 4 years ago and at 13:30 pm today the door would not lock. Going on holiday for a week tomorrow as well! So, a potential big problem. Called Visual asking if they had a fitter in the area, but they hadn’t. Mark, who took my call, then said that he would come round to sort. He’s managed to lock the door and analysed the problem is with one of the hinges. While we’re away he’s ordering replacement parts to be fitted on our return.
What a truly fantastic service and endorses our view that whenever we need double glazing products (last, but one was an Orangery at our previous house) we absolutely trust Visual to do a superb job and deliver continued great customer service afterwards.

We are very happy to provide a positive review of Visual. The work was done to a very high standard with substantial foundation work put in place due to our particular situation with a house at the base of a steep hill. The plaster work was of a particularly high quality.
However what has been outstanding is the support provided even now nearly 5 years after the work was completed as some issues (not of Visual’s making) were raised now we are selling our house.
The buyers solicitor raised a number of (nitpicking) queries with the paperwork and Visual have worked with us to resolve them. Excellent customer service considering many other companies would have bothered.
