When is something wrong?

If you have condensation in the gap between the double glazed units, however, then this means that the units are faulty and require fixing. You should contact the installer straight away and tell them about your windows. Normally this means replacement windows will be required, but changing them is not a tough job and hopefully they will still be under warranty.
